Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, 45, a Catholic pro-lifer, has been charged with "protesting and engaging in an act which intimidates service users" for an unprovable private mental prayer near a repression zone around an abortion facility in Birmingham, England.
Such repression zones were introduced in November. The abortion clinic was never operating when Vaughan-Spruce was outside for her alleged prayer.
She will stand trial on 2 February. The charge against her states that she acted in an "intimidating" and "anti-social manner."
Her lawyer noted that she would not have been charged if she had been vocal on the street against climate change.

Again, since when is private prayer intimidating? And if it's not a human being, what are you afraid of? What did this child do to you that it would deserve to be murdered?
