The golden dress and crown of Our Lord and Our Lady of Loreto in Forno Alpi Graie, near Turin, Italy, have been cancelled by a furious parish priest.
Now, Christ and Our Lady are left in underwear and with uncovered heads. Father Sergio Messina labelled the original dresses with simple golden embroideries - commonly used in hundreds of representations of Our Lady around the world - as "too rich" - and invested money to make Christ and Our Lady "poor."
According to LaStampa.it (September 15), Messina called Our Lady a "poor" woman which she was not. Criticisms bounced off the priest's stubbornness.

Pure communist trash. Any old Catholic parish church in the USA tells a different story. Poor immigrants, who loved Our Lord and His Holy Mother built beautiful churches, and bought rich vestments, when they themselves lived in tenements. There, was love. Here, is 21st century leftist decadence.

It's like destroying, it's much more than that, museum pieces.
They are Taliban.
