Pope Francis has sent an Apostolic Visitation to thriving Fréjus-Toulon, best Diocese in France, through the Congregation for Bishops. The diocese is led by the successful Bishop Dominique Rey (70).
The Apostolic Nunciature in Paris claimed in a press release (February 7) that there are a "number of difficulties" in the diocese.
The visitation begins February 13 and will be led by Archbishop Antoine Hérouard of Dijon. His assistant is Archbishop Joël Mercier, former secretary of the Congregation for Clergy.
Bishop Rey has already suffered a visitation in 2021. Francis suspended all ordinations in 2022.
The end of the new Apostolic Visitation is predictable: removal of Rey and bringing the diocese into line.

Just imagine if the Vatican spent as much time and effort stamping out abusers, perverts, and sexual deviants from the clergy, as it is in trying to stamp out the Traditional Latin Mass wherever it is celebrated.

I don't really bother with the Catholic Church anymore thanks to Pope Francis. I just like reading these articles which every day prove what scum he and his homo advisors are. It may have it's own problems, but the Greek Orthodox Church, Armenian Orthodox Church (both of which I've gone to), and a thousand times better liturgically etc. than the VAtican II/Heretic pro-homo Catholic Church of Pope …More

“Whoever wants to pass for a good Catholic should beware of those who speak ill of religion, of its Ministers and especially of the Pope. He is a bad son who criticizes his father.”

Wat een schandaal. Mgr. Rey is een uitstekende priester en bisschop. Ik hoop dat de priesters van het bisdom achter Mgr. Rey blijven staan. Het Bisdom moet zich losmaken van het Vaticaan en zich aansluiten bij de Sint Pius X broederschap.
