I guess the cardboard is where windows were broken during the "peaceful protests"? I met her and attended Mass at the church across the street. She has been overseeing a complete renovation of the two buildings-floors, ceilings, windows (already replaced twice because the city told her the first set didn't comply with standards), stairs, everything as well as winning over the locals. It is wonderful that her very genuine response is being "heard".
