Francis’ Liturgical Renewal: Clowns and Jokers

Priests of Río Cuarto Diocese, Argentina, preside Novus Ordo Eucharists dressed up as clowns or animals to fool children and adults.

A reader who informed InfoVatican.com (March 29) came to the conclusion that “in my opinion, the sacredness is lost." Some examples how priests stage the Eucharists:

• Father Carlos Ricci uses an additional table in front of the marble meal-table.
• Father Carlos Costale wears wigs of different colours.
• Father Mauro Schwerdt, the diocese’s canon lawyer, disguises as Disney animal.
• Father Ángel Ciappino dresses as a clown wearing a wig.
• Father Jorge Reinaudo lives on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram not for proclaiming the faith but for showing his body and dances.

When confronted with the facts, Bishop Adolfo Uriona and Vicar General Juan Carlos Giordano “look at you and don't respond" – because they know that Francis supports clown eucharists.

The people should make knotted whips and drive these clowns from the church. Instead, they sit back and clap while God is being mocked

Lived through this experiment in the 70s and it was just as revolting. When Jorge stepped onto the balcony, I remarked to my wife that I get the sense that we’re going to relive the late 60s and 70s.

Because they are gay. From reading, and having the unfortunate experience of seeing one of these Masses, 90% of the "priests" who do this are homosexuals, many of who are active homosexuals.

The priest in my college days 12 years ago who dressed up like a clown, complete with ruffled collar and yellow hair was a few months later accused of sexual abuse of two Freshmen who in good faith had volunterred to help in the liturgical office on campus. Little did they know what they were getting themselves involved with. Sick stuff, sick, utterly sick and depraved priests. Typical Vatican II …More

Sometimes the priests dress up as clowns in parishes for Mass...but it's often the radical habitless femminist lesbian nuns on staff who actually plan the liturgies.
