The Fox in the Henhouse
The defenders of the thesis 'Benedict is the Pope' focus their attention on the Canon Law, and although it seems to be extremely precise, it is not the letter of the law that animates the organism which is the Church, but the Holy Ghost. Look at the mass readings of Thursday, February 28, 2013, the last day of Pope Benedict XVI at the Holy See. Writing hurriedly his Latin Act of the Renunciation on February 10, he hardly had time to check what the mass readings would be on the last day of his office, after which 'sede vacante' was to begin (February 28, 2013, 8 pm CET) - they are completely devastating for him.
The First Reading, Jeremiah 17: 5-10; already the initial verse [5] reveals a significant flaw, which is not fitting for the person of the vicar of Jesus Christ:
"This said the Lord:
«Cursed man who puts hope in man
and who sees his strength in the body,
and turns his heart away from the Lord."
Didn't Benedict XVI justify his epochal decision by "the strength of body", did he not? His act of Renunciation is, in fact, the realization of God's judgment on Rome (and his pope), which was passed earlier [Jer 17, 3-4]:
„Sacrificing in the field: I will give thy strength, and all thy treasures to the spoil, and thy high places for sin in all thy borders. And thou shalt be left stripped of thy inheritance, which I gave thee: and I will make thee serve thy enemies in a land which thou knowest not: because thou hast kindled a fire in my wrath, it shall burn for ever.”
After 28 February 2013, wasn't the Roman Catholic church – 'the Mountain on the plain', the Vatican Hill in particular - handed over to her enemies? Over time, this has become evident to all who have seeing eyes, hearing ears and feeling hearts (and care about the fate of the Church).
An extra verse [Jer 17, 11] revealing the significant omission of Pope Benedict XVI:
„As the partridge hath hatched eggs which she did not lay: so is he that hath gathered riches, and not by right: in the midst of his days he shall leave them, and in his latter end he shall be a fool.”
Jorge the Apostate received the episcopal ordination and cardinal purple by decision of Pope John Paul II. Cardinal Bergoglio was the main rival of Cardinal Ratzinger at the AD2005 conclave. Why, being already Pope, Benedict XVI did not watch with the greatest attention this egg tossed from the end of the world, from Argentina?! Instead of throwing them out of the nest, as befits a vigilant host, he brooded the egg for years. The hen have sat out an egg for herself: the company of the sly fox, spiritual monster, the devourer of immortal souls! And when the hellish "chicken" hatched (March 13, 2013), instead of raising a scream at this sight, this hen (after all, not a rooster) made friends with this fox, which allowed her to take refuge in an abandoned henhouse (monastery) in the same garden on the Vatican Hill.

The Responsorial Psalm [PS 1, 1-2. 3.4 and 6]; as a comment I quote the omitted verse 5:
"Therefore the wicked shall not rise again in judgment: nor sinners in the council of the just."
What a judgment is this about? [John 16, 8-11]:
„And when he is come, he [the Paraclete] will convict the world of sin, and of justice, and of judgment. Of sin: because they believed not in me. And of justice: because I go to the Father; and you shall see me no longer. And of judgment: because the prince of this world is already judged.” Yes, the Lord Jesus leaving Rome in the person of his last vicar, the Pope Benedict XVI, made free space for the Paraclete, the other Comforter.
The Gospel [Luke 16, 19-31] of February 28, 2013 leaves no doubt that this is not just about Rome, but about the whole Church of Christ, whose visible head was Pope Benedict XVI. The verses 27-28 speak of it: " And he said: Then, father, I beseech thee, that thou wouldst send him to my father's house, for I have five brethren, That he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torments. " These five brothers are five traditional patriarchates: Jerusalem, Antioch, Alexandria, Rome, Constantinople. The last Pope personally gave Rome in the hands of his successor, the terminator from Buenos Aires!

I really like the learned arguments of experts in Canon Law, in particular Fra Alexis Bugnolo's and Ann Barnhardt's, but Sancta Ecclesia is not the work of a canonist but of the Holy Spirit.

Thank you for that interesting article. My approach to the papacy is based on what is good for the church. When a pope attempts to resign this is an extremely serious matter and very very rare event. A pope has every right, nay even a duty sometimes to resign.
Therefore in such rare circumstances what protections are there in existence to govern such acts when they occur ?. Not many and there are only a few canon laws that govern such acts but they are precise and highly specific.
The Holy S pirit works through canon law. It exists to protect the church and her members from mistakes, wrongdoing and abuse at all levels.
It is , unlike scripture, updated frequently and therefore a more reliable guide to interpreting the life of the Holy Spirit working in the contemporary church.
A pope who resigns but fails to do so strictly in accordence with all the norms of canon law is abusing his position. With pope Benedict that may have been intentional or unintentional. Pope Benedict is a very complex mystery and the reasons for this alleged resignation never stood up to proper scrutiny.
The resignation statement itself was never thoroughly scrutinised by canon lawyers for defects as should have happened.
My position in all conscience is that I truly believe that Pope Benedict xvi willingly erred in his resignation speech in such fashion that he still actually holds the papal office [munus] and sought to transfer the administrative functions of governing to another man.
The Petrine Office can only subsist in one man not in two as per Christs very clear words to St Peter.
Therefore I have concluded with certainty for some time that P ope Benedict still sits in the chair of St Peter.
The absolutly devastating spectacle of a an apostate pagan formally heretical jesuit priest then pretending to come in and usurp the C hair of St Peter is to my mind just further proof that B enedict did not in fact resign the papacy.

No normal catholic could ever ever have any kind of spiritual unity with the false teaching belched out almost daily by Fr. Jorge Bergoglio SJ aka "pope francis".
He is a divider and a destroyer and needs to be ousted asap.

Bergoglio is not merely an enemy of the roman catholic faith , he is an enemy of the entire human race.
He has usurped the Chair of St.Peter and abuses the office by corrupting core catholic teaching in a deceptive manner to confuse the faithful
The catholic church is the sole voice of God on earth.
As such the salvation of the human race depends on her.
Bergoglios deceits imperil that programme and those supporting him will be judged gravely.
His name should be stricken from the cannon of the mass.

The 'B&B16' Duo The confusion that can be seen in the Roman Catholic church is not a crisis but an epochal breakthrough. The last papal decision of Benedict XVI led to the transformation of the Saint Peter's Office into a synodal two-headed hybrid. Actually he dissolved - by virtue of power given to him by Jesus Christ [Matt 16, 19] - the same office on Feb. 28, 2013 at 8 p.m. (CET), so no he may already be a Roman Pontiff neither himself nor anyone else. This decision is irrevocable. The dissolution of the papacy does not mean that the gates of hell have overcome the militant Church [Matt 16, 18]. The Church will be reborn with the power of God as it was when the Mosaic religion degenerated into the form of the synagogue of Satan and Jesus Christ appeared to breathe new life into the Church of God and raise it to a higher level thrugh the Holy Sacraments. By the act of Feb. 10 (11), 2013, B16 released the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. These Keys are the Apocalyptic Woman and the Paraclete; only now the Church will shine on the whole earth with full splendor. The end of the papacy in Rome is precisely described in the Prophecy of Saint Malachi (+ 1148), the archbishop of Armagh: 'Gloria Olivae' - Benedict XVI; the glory/finial of the Roman Catholic church are two olive trees [Rev. 11, 4], which will blossom only now at the end of times - the Paraclete and the Woman of the Revelation. 'In persecutione extrema S.R.E. Sedebit' - 'S.R.E [Sancta Romana Ecclesia] is in a period of extreme persecution' - this is the phenomenon of Jorge Bergoglio, the destroyer of the Roman Catholic church (especially of the College of Cardinals, the very top of the Church hierarchy). Bergoglio, aside from the B16's dissolution of the papacy, as an apostate, could not be the vicar of Jesus Christ, and therefore Saint Malachi does not name his name among the Pontifex but only characterizes the effects of his actions. 'Petrus Romanus, qui pascet oves in multis tribulationibus: quibus transactis civitas septicollis diruetur & Iudex tremendus iudicabit populum suum. Finis'. (“Peter the Roman will feed his flock in the midst of many persecutions, and when it ceases, the city of seven hills will be torn down and a terrible judge will judge his people”.) Saint Peter the Apostle was not a Roman (citizen of Rome). Peter the Roman is a Son of the Roman Catholic church (means a Roman) and is identical to the terrible Judge, the same as the Paraclete. The papacy in Rome was abolished definitively and irrevocably. What now? The fulfillment of this request addressed to God the Father for nearly 2,000 years: 'Come Thy Kingdom, thy will be done, as in heaven so also on earth.' The Kingdom of God on the earth, finally!

Pope Benedict xvi has no power to dissolve the papacy or to alter its fundamental strucure.
He may have attempted that but he remains the pope due to serious flaws in his so called abdication speech.
Remember Pope Benedict is a highly overated theologian filled with much modernist nonsense and an exaggerated confidence.
I may be wrong about him and hope that I am .There are other darker reasons at work in this entire papal debacle.
The bottom line for me is that the chair of St Peter continues to be occupied by pope B enedict.
Bergoglio is not now and never has been a pope of any kind, therefore judging him is rather all too easy.
But he needs to be got rid of asap.

Before our eyes, the Roman Catholic church is turning into the Great Harlot, [Revelation to John, 17, 3-5]: "And he took me away in spirit into the desert. And I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was clothed round about with purple and scarlet, and gilt with gold, and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand, full of the abomination and filthiness of her fornication. And on her forehead a name was written: A mystery; Babylon the great, the mother of the fornications, and the abominations of the earth."
