The daily press briefings during the Vatican abuse summit (February 21-24) took place in a hall of the Augustinianum Patristic Institute, next to the Vatican.
On the left side of the speaker’s desk in this hall is a statue which seems to represent a demon.
Catholic Sat asked on Twitter, “What in high heaven it is?”
Another user knew the answer, “Is it the spirit of the Second Vatican Council.”

The Satanists at the Vatican love to mock Christ by displays such as this. Looks to me like a satanic statue giving the, V sign of victory.

miccallansteve is quite correct. The Vatican has, for many years now, displayed a disturbing preference for strange, ugly artwork like this which consistently evokes a sense of the satanic. The Papal audience chamber is dominated by this nightmarish work from Pericle Fazzini

It is the spirit of the Second Vatican Council 😀 😀 😀
Jungerheld
It is probably from an abuse survivor, representing what the church has done to them.
Dollie9
It's a stang.

Is that for real? That's an angel that was thrown down from heaven feet first if I ever saw one.
