Stockholm Cardinal Anders Arborelius restricted the Roman Mass with an August 20 decree.
Stockholm is the only Swedish Catholic diocese. According to Arborelius, the Roman Mass may not be celebrated as a parish liturgy, nor in parish churches, nor be advertised by parishes.
He appointed Father Oliver Schnitzler to further coordinate and control the Roman Masses and the priests celebrating it, and even to keep an eye on “public information via the internet.”
Arborelius names seven priests who are “allowed” to celebrate the 1962 Mass with a set frequency (mostly twice a month). Only Stockholm will have a daily Mass – strangly – in the local Maronite church.
In Strängnäs a monthly Roman Mass is “allowed” in the Lutheran Cathedral and another Roman Mass twice a month in the Lutheran church in Hälleberga in order to avoid parish churches - a clear indication that the Novus Ordo churches are more Protestant than the Protestants.
The readings MAY NOT be read in Latin, but only from a 2000 …More

The English heretical Protestants of late 1500s couldn’t suppress the Latin Mass in Ireland because all the Catholic people refused to comply. The English couldn’t fine, imprison and kill ALL OF THEM. That’s a lesson for us. Strength in numbers to resist.
