This Advent, Gary Bishop Robert John McClory, 60, Indiana, is returning with his parishes to kneeling after the Lamb of God (Agnus Dei), his diocesan newspaper announced on November 13.
McClory has the support of his Priests' Council, the clergy and the faithful. Almost all dioceses in the US follow this practice, whereas two decades ago the then Bishop of Gary wanted people to stand after the Agnus Dei and throughout Communion.
For McClory, the main argument for improving the situation is “unity” with the other dioceses. He also refers to Revelation 5 where “when the Lamb of God is presented before the throne of heaven, everyone falls down in worship before Him.”
“As we kneel, we acknowledge that Jesus is truly present in the Holy Eucharist, and we kneel down in worship before Him because Jesus is the King of kings and the Lord of lords.”
Francis never kneels, except for politicians, convicts, and Anglican martyrs.

well, it's a start.
the Feast Day of Christ the King was a couple weeks ago. it's be great if they can all return to the original liturgical calendar.

Unlike Brennan, this bishop is probably starting to figure something out. It’s just a pity that he’s thinking in the right direction at a snail’s pace. Let him bring back the traditional Catholic liturgy and Faith, and people will be drawn to him. Half measures do not solve any problem.

"Francis never kneels, except for politicians, convicts, and Anglican martyrs." Boo hoo hoo Bergoglio! The excuse he'd give is "I don't feel good!" or "My knee hurts" (sob sob, moan, moan!!)
My Grandmother had a hip replacement last year, and has degenerative osteoarthritis, yet she kneels when my Mom takes her to Mass on Sundays. No boo hooing from her!! And she's only 3 years younger than Francis. …More

Francis doesn't kneel because he doesn't believe in the Real Presence in the Eucharist.
