New Photo of Archbishop Viganò Has Appeared

Michael Matt published on Twitter a recent picture of Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò who lives in hiding since August 2018.

The photo was taken on October 19. It serves to promote Viganó's video address to the Catholic Identity Conference in Pittsburgh next weekend. This will be Viganò's first on-camera appearance in two years.
