Bishop Athanasius Schneider encourages all bishops to unite themselves to Francis' March 25 consecration of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary - even in the absence of a formal invitation from Francis.
In a March 16 statement, Schneider refers to the 1917 request of Our Lady of Fatima's to Sister Lucia that the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate must be done by the Pope with all the Catholic bishops of the world.
In preparation for the consecration, Schneider has written a novena prayer to be recited until then: English.

Was this novena prayer approved by the Vatican or is it just something Bishop Schneider cooked up on his own?

Or should I have referenced the Pope's private beliefs that are actually very public ?

Since this consecration is being done by the Pope, it would help if the Novena for it was approved by The Catholic Church. Or does Bishop Schneider truly believe he now speaks on behalf of the entire Church?

Nepnieuws.
The same pope that enthroned Pachamama in Rome, that says God wills multiple religions, that ignores heretical LGBT bishops in Germany, and that says everyone -even obstinate sinners- are part of the Communion of Saints, will be consecrating Russia and Ukraine.

Francis could consider an exorcism of St.Peters first - to rid us of that Patchamama nonsense.
