Apocalyptic Leo XIV: “Convert! World Is Burning from Global Warming”
On 9 July, Pope Leo XIV presided over a Eucharist with the newly written formula 'for the Care of Creation' in Castel Gandolfo. The texts were published on 3 July. They are moralising that men should care for creation.
Today's location was the gardens leading to the 'Borgo Laudato Si' centre at Castel Gandolfo.
The prelates who accompanied Leo XIV included Archbishop Vittorio Viola, secretary of the Congregation for Divine Worship and an enemy of the Roman rite. Other prelates present were Cardinal Michael Czerny and Archbishop John Joseph Kennedy.
In his homily, Leo XVI repeated the propaganda of climate change alarmists: "In a world that is burning, both from global warming and from armed conflicts, which make Pope Francis’ message in his encyclicals Laudato si‘ and Fratelli tutti so relevant today."
He also said: "We must pray for the conversion of many people, both inside and outside the Church, who still do not recognise the urgency of caring for our common home."

EPIC! For all the wrong reasons. The pope is to teach on faith and morals, not in physical science. By the way, Leo just had a new tennis court installed. Tennis balls are non-biodegradable.
"He also said: 'We must pray for the conversion of many people, both inside and outside the Church, who still do not recognise the urgency of caring for our common home.'"
Could have stopped after "the Church." And added "to Christ."
First things first -- and last and in the middle in the confusion that is 2025. What we do not want to hear, not what we put rickrack around on the public school bulletin board.
"Amen I say to you, as long as you did it to one of these my least brethren, you did it to me." Matt 25:40.
And for that sort of conversion, even proselytism is probably permitted
Is the earth really our home? I will not be at home until I see Him face to face in glory. Lets keep our sights on our true home in heaven.
This shows that some don’t believe we are in exile, “this valley of tears” and await our heavenly Jerusalem.
PRESIDING OVER A EUCHARIST is Not Catholic speech. Attending a Mass is Catholic speech.
@123jussi , @Everyday for Life Canada Exactly! Years ago Rush Limbaugh - hardly a theologian - observed that the reason these 'climate zealots' are so fanatical in their demands is because they believe that this life is "all there is" Remember they luv that John Lennon song "Imagine" - and even use it as an anthem of sorts - when it says "there's no heaven, no hell."
Yes, if you don’t recycle your aluminum cans, you will go to hell? We must convert those inside and outside the church to ecologism. What a “pope.”
