Roman Rite Catholics in Curitiba, Brazil, are gathering for Sunday Mass in a chapel so small that half of the congregation has to kneel outside.
Social media user “Coral Gregoriano de Curitiba” underlines that “nobody cares about the cold stone, nor the drizzle, much less the discomfort. We came to meet Jesus Christ.”
The Curitiba Mass is celebrated by two priests from Curitiba Archdiocese which is headed by the secularised Archbishop José Peruzzo, 61, who in December expelled the Institute of The Good Shepherd from the archdiocese.

Traditional Latin Mass in Curitiba, Brazil.
While ,China Europe Canada USA and other European countries ,are demolishing , turning the church into condos, even stores and bars ,Africa South Corea ,Philipines and some countries in South america ,Catholics there are floureshing are growing .It shows that a lot of money and material things are not the answer ,the answer is the family and having Jesus Christ at the center of the family
Same here in Brazil. Traditional parishes and seminaries are full.

Are there any larger churches in Curitiba?
Are there any larger churches in Curitiba?
There are many large churches in Curitiba, but the one appointed by the Bishop to have TLM is this one, which was in ruins for decades but was restored some years ago and was vacant.
Our bishop is not very fond of TLM, to be frank. When Traditionis Custodes was published we thought he would ban the Mass in the next day.
According to rumors he's going to appoint a bigger church in February.

I mean they do not obey the bishop who is in communion with Francis.
We're having these Masses with authorization from the Bishop. That's why we're using this small chapel, by the way; the Bishop appointed that chapel, and no other church, as the place where we could have our TLMs. The Bishop expelled the Institute of the Good Shepherd but allowed us to keep our masses with diocesan priests... at least for now.

I would kneel in the rain every Sunday if I had to to attend the Latin Mass. No way for the "Novus Ordo".
