A property dispute between a Premonstratensian monastery and the city of Oradea in northwestern Romania has escalated after local authorities forced their way into the monastery in the early hours of Wednesday. The Catholic monastery was founded in 1130. The video below, released by the monastery, shows police officers on site, piles of rubble, and a large hole in a wall through which officials entered the abbey.
