Pope Leo XIV on Wednesday held a brief private meeting with Italian pop singer Laura Pausini, 51. The Vatican Press Office said that she was accompanied by the vice president of Warner Bros. Leo XIV told her that he is fan of her music. He added that his secretary, Rev Edgard Iván Rimaycuna Inga is “her biggest fan from Latin America”. Pausini, a homosexual activist, got several awards from the music world.
