During an unspecified exorcism session for a female, Satan “started crying out of the blue,” Father Chad Ripperger told U.S. Grace Force (November 18 Video sequence below).
Ripperger is a former member of the Fraternity of St Peter and founder of the Doloran Fathers in Denver Archdiocese. The exorcist asked Satan, “What’s your problem.” Satan replied, “He is about to take my power away from me.” Ripperger adds that "he" refers to God.
The demons are in panic because they realise their time is getting short, Ripperger believes. A consequence of this panic is for him the fact that the governments get increasingly tyrannical, Francis is clamping down on the Roman Rite, the bishops persecute the good priests, and fewer and fewer priests dispense the sacraments correctly.
Ripperger's conclusion, “The demons know that their time is limited so they're trying to plant down on anything possibly that they can even with the Church.”

Possibly, but don't forget that Satan is the Father of lies. Also, I find it weird that an exorcist would as a devil: What's your problem?

Does anyone believe there is any truth to anything that the devil says? Ha! Ha! Our Lord said that satan is a liar, and therefore a charlatan, from the beginning. The Anti-Christ and the False Prophet have yet to come - which may be very soon - listen to the Gospel of the Last Sunday after Pentecost in the Traditional Roman Rite; this says it all: Matthew 24:15-35. We've already had the desolating sacrilege with the pachamama idol being "worshipped" at the Vatican - and even at St. Peter's - the plagues have already begun - we are getting very close. Keep your soul in a state of Grace and pray the Rosary daily.

Ditto - I wouldn't put too much stock in anything the devil says - what we do know is that, in the end, Our Lady will crush this liar with Her Immaculate Foot! However, the scriptures make it clear that there will be much more distress to come first! Pray the Rosary - keep the traditional Catholic Faith - stay in a state of Grace, at all costs!

We will then experience the Period of Peace foretold by Our Lady of Fatima and the final sixth age which precedes the man of sin. I base this on the Fatima prophecies taken in light with Catholic Tradition, and also the approved prophecies of the Saints, largely relying on works such as, "The Three Days of Darkness," and "Trials, Tribulations, and Triumph." We have been asked to pray our daily Rosary and wear our Brown Scapular. We should prepare for hard times because we can not escape what we must face! God bless you!

could this mean that - somehow - the Consecration of the Russia by the bishops will be made as Mary asked and a "...period of peace..." will occur ?

I think in a sense yes. But probably not until the Minor Chastisement has run its course. I personally doubt the Consecration of Russia will be done until after the rise of the Holy Pope and Great Monarch. Rome will be destroyed in punishment for its apostasy.
