Leo XIV Promotes a Destroyer-Bishop Who Persecuted Good Priests and Catholics
On May 28, Pope Leo XIV appointed Monsignor Alejandro Pablo Benna as Bishop of Morón and Monsignor Raúl Martín, 67, as Archbishop of Paraná, Argentina.

"I cannot say anything about the former because I do not know him. I know the second one well. He is a a marginal figure who did his best to persecute the good priests of his Santa Rosa diocese and the more tradition-minded faithful.”
Monsignor Martín owns his career to Bergoglio. In March 2006, Cardinal Bergoglio made him his auxiliary in Buenos Aires Archdiocese. In September 2013, the newly elected Pope Francis promoted his former auxiliary bishop as Bishop of Santa Rosa.
