Bishop Marco Mellino, 55, Secretary of the Council of Cardinals, admitted at a March 21 press conference presenting Praedicate Evangelium that using the phrase “Extraordinary Form” for the Roman Mass in PE is a “mistake.”
Explaining what everybody knows, Mellino said that PE was prepared for nearly a decade and had been written before Francis issued his Traditionis Custodes (2021) abolishing the term "Extraordinary form". Francis has asked for this to be corrected in the Editio Typica of PE to be published in the coming days.
Mellino added that the redrafted section will also include the concession given by Francis to the Fraternity of St Peter "allowing" them to continue to use the Roman Rite.
Such "mistakes" show the extend of the bungling in Francis' Vatican and proves that Francis himself has not read the final version of what is presented as the Vatican's "Constitution."

He is what so many have thought frm the moment he stepped out onto the balcony of St. Peters, an evil man. And all of his appointments, actions, and pronmoucements such as this have been likewise. But many also believe, that the next Pope, probably very soon, will disavow and recind very much of what Francis and his people stood for, and will restore much or all of what he hated and abolished. Francis should fear his last days because they are very close.
