Of course, one must also consider the circumstances, which may decrease or eliminate fault. As you can see, I was repeating something in general. I should have said, “It is a sin, as is any sexual act outside of marriage.” This is to speak of “the matter” of sin, but we know well that Catholic morality not only takes into consideration the matter, but also evaluates freedom and intention; and this, for every kind of sin.''
About that, I must say homosexuality is not like a 14 yo boy with a 13 yo girl lacking any notion of God, without any religion or education and absolutely not being aware of the necessity of being married before doing the recipe to make a baby.

Homosexuality is a sin and a social crime because of the scandal (bad example set to the observers), including to adopted children, homosexuals tend to teach their ways to very young children (kindergarden talks), seduce the youth with parades and LGBT culture (now mainstream in many western countries), propagation of homosexuality begs God to send maledictions on our societies, etc.
