The Polish Bishops’ Conference has invited Pope Leo XIV to visit Poland. Archbishop Tadeusz Wojda of Gdańsk delivered the invitation during a private audience, noting that 2027 would be a fitting occasion as the Church marks the 150th anniversary of the Marian apparitions in Gietrzwałd. The Pope said his schedule for 2026–27 is already full but that he would consider the visit. According to Monsignor Wojda, Leo XIV expressed his affection for Poland and recalled visiting the country many times before.

In remarks to journalists in Castel Gandolfo, a reporter asked Pope Leo XIV why he had not prayed “at least not visibly” during his visit to the Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Istanbul. The Pope smiled and replied: “Who said that I didn’t pray? … And perhaps I am praying even now.” He then clarified: “In fact, I prefer to pray in a Catholic church, in the presence of the Most Blessed Sacrament,” calling the attention given to that moment “a bit… curious.”
Leone XIV manda in tilt i …

Monsignor George Gäswein, Apostolic Nuncio to Lithuania and former secretary of Pope Benedict XVI, criticizes Traditiones Custodes and the restrictions to the Traditional Latin Mass.
Bishop Erik Varden of Trondheim told AcePrensa.com on December 9 that we are already living in a post-secular age, something especially evident in northern Europe. He said that people are turning to Catholicism "because it is true", as many grow disillusioned with other options. "With so much collapse — of old certainties and institutions — and the fragility of our political, cultural, ecological and financial lives, people are looking for parameters that promise to withstand the flood." Regarding the increase in attendance at Mass in the Roman rite, Bishop Varden noted that this is happening "in some places, not everywhere". It is linked to a search for beauty, which the Church can offer. He urged simply celebrating the liturgy well and follow the rubrics: "Do the red and say the black." Referring to the Chartres pilgrimage over Pentecost, he observed that the young participants were impossible to categorise, ranging from people who attend charismatic services to those who attend the …More

10.12.2025 POPE LEO BRINGS POLARIZATION WITH VATICAN COUNCIL II IRRATIONAL AND UNETHICAL: HE MUST AVOID THE FALSE PREMISE It is the false premise chosen to interpret Vatican Council II which causes the polarization and not Vatican Council II per se. Halt the false premise and you halt polarization. All the Councils, Catechisms and Creeds return to Tradition only. The books of Pope Leo, Archbishop Fischella and Fr. Spadero cause polarization since they interpret Vatican Council II with a fake premise, producing a liberal conclusion. This is a break with Tradition. It is heretical and schismatic. Instead if my writings on line on Vatican Council II etc, wEre made into a book there would not be polarization. Since I interpret the Council in harmony with Tradition. There is no rupture with Tradition. Pope Leo must not cause polarization in the Church by interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally instead of rationally and so unethically. It is the fake premise which creates liberalism …More
Democrat Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) is facing mounting criticism after appearing in a video that encouraged U.S. service members to launch a military coup against President Donald Trump. The message, which called on troops to ignore “illegal orders,” was widely considered an act of sedition and interpreted as a direct challenge to Trump and War Secretary Pete Hegseth. Slotkin, a former CIA analyst, joined five Democrat lawmakers with military backgrounds in the video, which strongly implied that unlawful or improper orders either were being issued or soon would be. The group of Democrats in the video earned the name “Seditious Six” over the controversy. During a recent interview, instead of walking back the message, Slotkin defended the video by suggesting that active-duty troops and military families had pressed her to make it. Slotkin: Service Members Asked What to Do About “Illegal” Orders “I mean, we made that video three weeks ago or whatever it was, certainly not thinking …
Asked when he will move into the Apostolic Palace, Pope Leo XIV says “There is no date yet; I am comfortable where I am, in the [Palace of the] Holy Office."
When leaving Castel Gandolfo yesterday, Pope Leo XIV was asked by journalists why, unlike his predecessors, he had not prayed inside the Blue Mosque in Istanbul on 29 November. "Who said I didn't pray?" Leo XIV replied. “They said I didn’t, but I already explained on the plane – I mentioned a book – and perhaps I am praying even now.” The book in question was 'The Practice of the Presence of God' by Brother Lawrence. Leo XIV added that it is a matter of style and place of prayer, and that his favorite place to pray is a Catholic church in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. He called it "curious" that this moment had attracted so much attention. When asked when he will move into the Apostolic Palace, Pope Leo XIV said: "There is no date yet. I am comfortable where I am, in the Holy Office." Regarding US President Donald Trump, Pope Leo XIV believes that he is trying to break the "alliance" between the United States and Europe. He said: "The recent remarks made in interviews about …More
Bishop Schneider promotes and celebrates the Mass in the Roman Rite, yet it is rarely celeberated in Kazakhstan, he told Adrian Milag in an online interview. Main points, video sequence below. - We have no altar girls in all Kazakhstan. It is banned. No women, no altar girls. - We have no Eucharistic ministers at all. - The only ordinary form to receive Holy Communion is kneeling and on the tongue, with the paten. There is no other possibility except for the sick. - Thanks be to God, our liturgies are very worthy… even in the Novus Ordo. - The people are pious and devoted. They don’t know the Latin Mass and some don’t even feel the necessity. If there would be a greater movement, it would be possible also. But until now we have not these considerable groups. - I celebrate in my private episcopal chapel the traditional Latin Mass and when I am teaching in the seminary, I also celebrate for the seminarians. - True ecumenism is that non-Catholics come back to the Church and embrace all …More
Bishop Schneider and Archbishop Vigano are among the few truly Catholic members of the hierarchy left in the Catholic Church. May Our Lady, Mediatrix of All Graces and Co-Redemptrix, continue to protect and keep them under Her Sacred Mantle.
Here's the architect of 'Traditionis Custodes.' In this video, Andrea Grillo launches into a delirious speech in support of the ordination of women. Just look at how impeccably “measured” he is, professionally speaking, and how reliable his argument sounds. He, the great champion of the fight against Summorum Pontificum and Benedict XVI.
He's making a logical argument. If it is acceptable for women to lead men in the private and public sphere, logically they can lead men in the ecclesial realm. The problem is that that it is unnatural for women to govern men in any sphere, domestic, public or ecclesial. 1 Cor 11:1-3.
