Christian Holden was turned away from St Cuthbert’s Cave because of what the Trust called his ‘religious affiliation’. Wikimedia Commons. Phil Thirkell, CC-BY-SA-2.0 The National Trust has found itself at the centre of discrimination claims after refusing to let a Catholic filmmaker shoot at a historic religious site in Northumberland. Christian Holden, who specialises in documentaries with Christian themes, was turned away from St Cuthbert’s Cave because of what the Trust called his “religious affiliation”. The 51-year-old filmmaker from Tenby, Pembrokeshire, had requested permission to film at the cave, where St Cuthbert’s body is believed to have been hidden from Viking raids in the 9th century. But Trust officials said no, sparking accusations from Voice for Justice UK that the heritage charity has breached equality laws. The Christian human rights group argues that blocking someone from filming based on their faith amounts to illegal discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. …
Sex trafficking on Meta platforms was widely tolerated and difficult to report, according to court filings unsealed last week. The court filings show that Facebook’s parent company, failed to promptly act on accounts engaged in sex trafficking and child exploitation by allowing illicit content to remain on its platforms, despite repeated violations. The accusation is part of a lawsuit that was filed in California by more than 1,800 plaintiffs – including school districts, children and parents, and state attorneys general who allege that social media giants “relentlessly pursued a strategy of growth at all costs, recklessly ignoring the impact of their products on children’s mental and physical health.” BYPASS THE CENSORS Sign up to get unfiltered news delivered straight to your inbox. NOVEMBER 28 2025 THE GOSPEL breski1 Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 21,29-33. Jesus told his disciples a parable. “Consider the fig tree and all the other trees. When their buds burst open, you see for yourselves and know that summer is now near; in the same way, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near. Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away."
Državam članicam domnevno "ni treba" legalizirati homoseksualnih porok, vendar morajo tujim homoseksualnim zvezam zagotoviti pravne privilegije, vključno z upravno registracijo in socialnimi ugodnostmi.

The investigation concerns the alleged sale of artworks and heritage items belonging to the convent. According to Spanish media reports, officers entered the monastery early in the day despite attempts by members of the community to block access. Items from the monastery have reportedly surfaced on the antiques market. Some of the convent's gold, totalling 1.73 kg, was reportedly sold for around €130,000. In recent months, the courts have ordered the nuns to leave Belorado and rejected their attempt to register as a civil association owning the monastery. Most of the group now reside in a monastery in Orduña, having moved several elderly sisters there ahead of the eviction process in Belorado. #newsWeubvnpjjk
Leo XIV has confirmed Cardinal Kurt Koch, 75, as the new President of Aid to the Church in Need (ACN). He succeeds Cardinal Mauro Piacenza, 81, who led the foundation for fourteen years. In 2024, ACN supported more than 5,000 projects in about 140 countries, investing roughly €140 million in aid. While Bishop of Basel, Switzerland (1995–2010), Monsignor Koch reflected the generally liberal stance of the Swiss bishops. After Benedict XVI appointed him Prefect of the Dicastery for Christian Unity, Cardinal Koch was seen as close to Ratzinger’s theological vision. Under Francis, Koch aligned with the new tone. In 2013, he called Martin Luther “a seeker of God.” In 2017, he called for a “new understanding” of Martin Luther and praised the secularising Reformation as a “festival of Christ.” In recent years, he has both denounced the impossibility of coexistence between the Roman Rite and the Novus Ordo (2020) and requested (2025) that the Church “open the now-closed door” of the Roman …More

27. November 2025 27. November 2025 11/27/2025 Entire blog as a free PDF eBook. Truth doesn’t only fall victim to propaganda in times of war. Why does truth seem so abstract to us today? Because our understanding of truth is heavily influenced by our own views, and these are generally shaped by the media we consume. Thus, uncritical viewers of television propaganda become part of that propaganda themselves. An interesting interview was published today on unser-mitteleuropa.com: Sergey Lavrov on quality that surpasses even Western media dominance – Part 2.Source. …whenever a projectile or fragment from the air defense system hit a civilian facility, Ukraine and countries that support its regime immediately cried out that Russia was acting “inhumanely” . The UN Security Council convened a meeting on this issue in New York on November 19. The same old clichés were trotted out, but no one responded to our demand to see evidence. The Fulton County, Georgia, election interference case against President Donald Trump and others has been dismissed after the prosecutor who took over the case requested that it be dropped. "In my professional judgment, the citizens of Georgia are not served by pursuing this case in full for another five to ten years," wrote Pete Skandalakis, the executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, who took over the case after the original prosecutor was disqualified from the case. Within minutes of Skandalakis' court filing, the judge overseeing the case granted the request and dismissed the case. “The reason the Church’s leaders persecute the most faithful Catholics is that, broadly speaking, the leadership of the Catholic Church on earth at this time is dominated by a network of active homosexuals and theological modernists”, philosopher Peter Kwasniewski wrote on his Substack.com-account TraditionSanity.com on November 20. He added that they in the network rely on one another’s support: “We all know individual good bishops or cardinals but such exceptions are a controlled opposition, with very limited mobility.” Kwasniewski explains that their “religion” is one of self-actualization and self-regard: “Theirs is the fashionable subjectivism and flexible relativism of the postmodern West, where ‘anything goes’ - except, of course, traditional faith and morals, for this faith and these morals would eliminate them ...” The more fruitful the Mass in the Roman rite is, the more furious they will be: “It’s precisely because of this fruitfulness, not in spite of it, that its …More

RARELY has obedience laid upon me so difficult a task as this of writing about prayer; for one reason, because I do not feel that God has given me either the power or the desire for it, besides which, during the last three months I have suffered from noises and a great weakness in my head that have made it painful for me to write even on necessary business. However, as I know the power obedience has of making things easy which seem impossible, my will submits with a good grace, although nature seems greatly distressed, for God has not given me such strength as to bear, without repugnance, the constant struggle against …More
