My understanding is that Fr. Wach was once the vicar general of his diocese. Formerly, those appointed to that position were made monsignor, but Fr. Wach was not. So he gave himself the title and started wearing red buttons and calling himself a Monsignor anyway.

I would conclude that there is no more Catholic Church if all these great Orders one by one capitulate to homo Bergoglio and swear olyalty to VAtican II and the NOvus Ordo.
