Chicago Cardinal Blase Cupich required cancelling the St Michael Prayer and the Hail Mary after the Novus Ordo Eucharist in St Joseph Parish in Libertyville, Illinois.
The rigid ordinance was announced before the final blessing at an August 26 Eucharist (video below) by the associate pastor, Father Emanuel Torres-Fuentes who added without being asked that “as a priest, I have to obey” and that his heart was at "peace.”
Pro-gay Cardinal Cupich is one of the Church's most conformist prelates. He presided recently over the Lesbian, non-Catholic Chicago mayor taking Communion, and mandated Covid-vaccination for all archdiocesan employees and clergy.

This is yet another example of "The Spirit of Traditionis Custodes" where bishops wildly surpassed the original document's measures. The same happened with "The Spirit of Vatican Council II."

But even if true and I doubt it, Pope Francis is a great supporter of Cardinal Cupich and others like him. So that does not add up, right??
