The reform, contained in a chirograph published June 30, introduces a new statute for the Authority for Financial Supervision and Information (ASIF). This body is responsible for combating money laundering and supervising the Vatican's financial system. The biggest change is institutional. Until now, ASIF was governed by a president and board - a model resembling those used by many central banks and independent financial regulators. The new statute abolishes that structure. Very good point. The SSPX's position is not about the Latin Mass. It was founded to preserve and pass on the Apostolic Faith. The Latin Mass can exist along side Fiducia Supplicans, Amoris Letitia, etc. The Apostolic Faith cannot.
