It gets weird: Father Davide Cito, professor of canon law at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome: "although the Orthodox churches are not in full communion with Rome, they are not currently in a state of formal schism comparable to that of the Society of St. Pius X."
Wide Awake Media @wideawake_media "Global warming saves lives." Geologist Gregory Wrightstone thoroughly debunks the "climate crisis" narrative, arguing that modest warming and increased carbon dioxide actually benefit humanity—by reducing cold-related deaths, boosting agricultural output and triggering widespread global greening. "Earth's ecosystems are thriving and prospering, and humanity is benefitting from this combination of modest warming and more CO₂."
One of the most asinine remarks ever made from any prelate at the Vatican, and, given some other illogical, and heretical, comments made by others in this and the previous papcy, that is saying something. Orwellian.
Post is from 2018. Eastern events of recent years. "In 2013", said the Russian Patriarch, "the heads of local Orthodox Churches came to Moscow to celebrate the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus, and when they met Vladimir Putin, one of the strongest messages was the request that Russia should accept to take part in the protection of Christians in the Middle East. I am pleased", Kirill added, "that this happened, and thanks to Russia's intervention, the genocide of Christians was stopped". The Head of the Russian Church confirmed the intention of the Patriarchate of Moscow to contribute to the humanitarian aid of Middle Eastern populations, and also to the reconstruction of "places of worship, monasteries, monuments, including Muslim monuments and historical monuments". I posted once on how Russia brought aid to a Catholic nursing home where Sisters took care of disabled and elderly. How both Catholics and Muslims ran to the Russian bases to escape the genocide in both Christian …More
On July 9th 1572, nineteen Catholic priests were hanged in a peat shed in the Netherlands. They were offered their lives if they denied the Eucharist. All nineteen refused. The ropes were too long to break their necks. They strangled slowly. The men who killed them founded the Dutch Republic.

There’s hope for creation Liturgy of Sunday, July 12, 2026 - 15th Ordinary Time Dear brothers and sisters, the hope that creation places in the revelation of the children of God, as St. Paul reminds us in the second reading we're going to listen to on Sunday, July 12th, in accordance with the Father's wise plan, lies in two considerations: First of all, in the dimension of time, the children of God in relation to our wonderful planet, our beautiful common home, together with all the people of good will, could make a difference, by living "temperately in this world” and thus contributing not to its destruction but to its preservation for future generations... However, the hope of creation lies primarily in the dimension of the afterlife. Indeed, the children of God, recapitulating in themselves all the perfections of the visible universe and possessing the "firstfruits" of the Holy Spirit, will bring creation to its complete fulfillment in the resurrection on the last day, when Christ …More
I have an idea that may solve all our problems. Since this has become the equivalent of a WWF high profile wrestling match, let's play it out with a "Loser Leave Town" cage match where Cdls. Burke, Muller, Zuppi, Fernandez, Cupich, Tobin, McElroy fight it out. The losers must "leave town", resign their position and the winner is excommunicated! I'd buy tickets to that one
Rev. Alfons Gea, a Catalan priest and cousin of Cardinal Cristóbal López Romero, has appeared to confirm the sexual nature of allegations against the 74-year-old Archbishop of Rabat, Morocco. Cardinal López, a Spanish-born Salesian, is a prominent supporter of Pope Francis’s agenda, was appointed Archbishop of Rabat in 2017 and a cardinal in 2019. On Monday, he announced that he would temporarily withdraw from public celebrations and pastoral ministry while the Vatican conducts a preliminary investigation into allegations involving at least five adult women. He has admitted to “inappropriate behaviour” but denies committing sexual assault, violence, or harassment. ElPaís.com has described the allegations as sexual abuse, rather than merely inappropriate hugs or gestures. Writing for Exaudi.org, Rev. Gea said his cousin had already begun privately accepting the possible consequences: “The image of a papabile, a figure who enjoyed such widespread affection, has come crashing down." And: …More
***Ex-Zelensky adviser Arestovich DEMOLISHED Western PROPAGANDA on Putin Putin is too kind and good a person compared to how they portray him. --- Ignorance, the root and stem of all evil …
Don't forget how Lukashanko defended him by not being bloodthirsty. When he revealed a conversation they had. He asked Putin why don't you flatten out Kiev. Putin responded by saying, the people. Many innocent people will die. I saved the video but it's no longer available. Like many others it was taken down. #Belarus’ president: #Putin is not bloodthirsty.” #russia #ukraine #zelensky #lukashenko #usa #trump There are others but I can't find them because google either buried or deleted them. Then there is the former PM of Israel who went to Russia to personally talk with Putin and asked if he was going to kill zelensky. Without any doubt he went back to Ukraine to tell zelensky he was not going to kill him. And zelensky without any hesitation got on the radio and proclaimed. I am not afraid! I post that already on gtv. Hopefully it's still there. At the time zelensky was hiding thinking Putin was going to kill him. So this shows exactly how the word of Putin is trusted. Even by his …More
I am not sure what he means by this, but that man would never play anyone or lead anyone on as the US and others have done to him. Putin has outplayed everyone. After all this administration is the one that said, we are not intermediators after all those talks. And we are on the side of Ukraine! Just as I have said they were. Two assassination attempts in months apart? More sanctions than all the Presidents combined? Giving money, weapons, ammo, and INTEL? Attacking Putin every time zelensky bombed inside of Russia and so much more. They were definitely playing this man who thought he found a friend in trump.
