When some bishops were quick to eliminate the Latin Mass such was not the case with Bishop Hicks. Things have not changed on that front. He supports parishes and priests instead of undermining them as in other places. He is a man of prudence and caution who loves his Catholic faith. New York will thrive under his guidance.

One day, a small frog decided to climb a tall tree. As soon as she made her first jump, the other frogs below started shouting: “Are you crazy?” “That’s impossible!” “You’ll never make it!” But the little frog didn’t stop. Jump after jump, she kept going higher and higher—until she finally reached the very top. The frogs below were stunned. “How did she do it?!” It turned out… the frog was deaf.
