FROM what has been said, it is clear that the guilt of sin consists in the perverse opposition of the will to the will of God, and that so long as the will continues thus evilly perverse the guilt will continue. For those, then, in hell, who have departed this life with an evil will, there is no remission of sin, neither can be, because there can be no more change of will. In passing out of this life the soul is fixed for good or evil according to its deliberate purpose at the time ; as is written, " Where shall I find thee (that is, at the hour of death, with a will either to sin or sorry for sin and penitent), there will I judge thee : " and this judgment is final ; because …More

The souls in hell having been found at the moment of death with a will to sin, have with them an infinite degree of guilt ; and the punishment they suffer, though less than they deserve, is yet, so far as it exists, endless."
Dec 19 Third Week of Advent, Friday We continue posting daily Advent reflections by the Church Fathers. It's a good way to prepare to celebrate Christmas. The reflections and quotations come from the book titled, Advent and Christmas with the Church Fathers by Marco Pappalardo. Introduction In the age of GPS navigators, let’s keep in mind who is guiding our lives, where our actions are directed, and which roads we need to take to reach our final goal. No technology can replace our conscience, but there are many ways to disorient and distract it. Dec 18 Shame on Canada for voting NO to removing SOGI from a UN resolution Shame on Canada for voting NO to removing SOGI, sexual orientation and gender identity, from a UN General Assembly resolution. The recent vote was 81 to 77 in support of its removal. Of course the vote was taken under the deceptive language of rights of the disabled. How could anyone vote NO? Canada once again betrayed Canadians. Surely, this positive outcome was made …
The O Antiphons - December 20th: O Key of David (O Clavis David) O Key of David and sceptre of the House of Israel; you open and no one can shut; you shut and no one can open: Come and lead the prisoners from the prison house, those who dwell in darkness and the shadow of death Traditionally, a key is a symbol of authority. Consider Christ handing over the keys to St. Peter, symbolizing the institution of the papal authority on earth. In a monastery, there is great significance to the transition of keys to the new abbot. When one has the keys to a home or place, they inherit the authority to lock or unlock the entrance depending on who knocks at the door. In this way, they also inherit a responsibility to keep the place safe, protected from unwanted intruders, and shut off from the erosive elements. With Christ, we find the ultimate Authority, yet the most merciful Gatekeeper. We are reminded that all we need to do is “knock and the door shall be opened unto you” (Matthew 7:7). Not …More

A retired New York bishop has filed for personal bankruptcy protection in federal court after a state jury verdict found him, along with other officials, personally liable for the collapse of a Catholic hospital pension fund that left about 1,100 retirees without the lifetime monthly payments they were expecting.
"Screw you Chumps, I still go my retirement" ........ as he laughs without remorse. Heads of Hospitals make good money, that what the lawyers found out. This should give Leo a new bullseye, along with other Bishops, who should be retired in modest means. Take that back - I forgot about the Chicago good old boys club Assets valued at $500,000 no rent, no grocery bills, no medical insurance, What an unholy Racket !

With Vatican Council II ( rational ) the SSPX is in the mainline Catholic Church which can no more be liberal. The Council has changed. This is known here at the Vatican and Pope Leo and the Holy See Press Office are not responding. Neither are the traditionalists and the sedevacantists. The mainline Catholic Church is liberal today because Vatican Council II is liberal. The SSPX and the MHT sedevacantists interpret ‘the red passages as exceptions for the blue orthodox ones ‘ in Vatican Council II. This is irrational. It has to change When the SSPX and the sedevacantists interpret ‘the redas not being an exception for the blue’, the Council is no more liberal. This is a sea change in the Catholic Church. We return automatically to the ecclesiology of St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Augustine. We side step the irrational theology of the popes from Paul VI to Leo XIV. 09.12.2025 POPE LEO’S INTERPRETATION OF VATICAN COUNCIL II PRODUCES POLARIZATION : GERMAN MEDIA NOT CORRECTED POPE …More
Pope Leo XIV has today appointed Bishop Charles Moth, 67, currently Bishop of Arundel and Brighton, as Archbishop of Westminster. Born in Chingola, Northern Rhodesia (now Zambia), he moved with his family to the United Kingdom at the age of two. He grew up in Kent and first felt called to the priesthood as a teenager. He was ordained a priest on 3 July 1982 for the Archdiocese of Southwark and went on to study canon law, working in parish ministry and as private secretary to the Archbishop of Southwark. He later became vicar general of the archdiocese. In July 2009, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him as the Bishop of the Forces in the UK. In March 2015, Pope Francis promoted him to Bishop of Arundel and Brighton. Safe Bureaucrat and Establishment Person Last week, The Tablet gave a profile of the bishop in anticipation of his nomination. Bishop Moth is remembered as the former Bishop of Prisons and the Armed Forces, and is considered a safe choice to secure the 'establishment'. He is "not …More
Vigilant Fox @VigilantFox Hospitals murdered COVID patients. The more they killed, the more money they made. When the hospitals tested for COVID, they got paid more. When they admitted patients for COVID, they got paid more. When they put people on Remdesivir, they got paid more. And when they put loved ones on the ventilator, they got paid more. Listen to what one whistleblower nurse secretly recorded in a New York hospital during COVID. Doctors openly admitted that they’d rather follow orders than try something that might save someone’s life. Meanwhile, family requests for ivermectin were denied, while their loved ones were placed on this death protocol instead. If you think this started with COVID, think again. Hospitals are still a death sentence for loved ones. Before the unexpected happens, learn how this death trap works to keep your loved ones safe.
Prevost extends the Chicago gay mafia to New York by promoting pro-gay Ronald Hicks, a disciple of the homosexual and Satanist Predator Joseph Bernardin and anti-Catholic apostate pro-gay Blase Cupich
Pope Leo XIV has appointed Bishop Ron Hicks, 58, of Joliet, Illinois, as the 11th Archbishop of New York. Monsignor Hicks was ordained as a priest in 1994 by likely homosexual Cardinal Joseph Bernardin. He was ordained as an auxiliary bishop by pro-homosexual Cardinal Blase Cupich, whom he owes his entire carreer. Cardinal Timothy Dolan, who has led the Archdiocese of New York since 2009, will be remembered for permitting a transvestite show funeral for homosexual activist Cecilia Gentili at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in February 2024. In all likelihood, substantively, Bishop Hicks will not differ significantly from Cardinal Dolan. First Generation-X Prelate at Major US Archdiocese Bishop Hicks will be the first Generation-X prelate (born roughly between 1965 and 1980) to hold a major U.S. see. He comes from a very different era of seminary formation. The Archbishop of New York is traditionally appointed a cardinal. From 2005 to 2010, Bishop Hicks spent five years on missionary assignment …More
2 Corinthians 11:13-15 For such false apostles are deceitful workmen, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no wonder: for Satan himself transformeth himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers be transformed as the ministers of justice, whose end shall be according to their works.

“Grown under the mentorship of Cardinal Cupich”: At the first press conference, Archbishop Ronald Hicks of New York, said he comes from Chicago where he “was formed under the care of Cardinal Bernardin, the witness of Cardinal George, and the mentorship of Cardinal Cupich.” He added that he grew up 14 blocks from Pope Leo XIV. Furthermore, he switched to Spanish and said he loves the Latino culture. Finally, he said a lot of people are trying to "figure out" who he is and claimed: "I love Jesus, with my mind, heart and soul".
At his first press conference (look at the facial expressions from Dolan), the new Archbishop of New York, Ronald Hicks, said he grew up 14 blocks from Pope Leo and told Cardinal Pierre, when called about the appointment, that he wanted to “do the will of God” with “great humility” and an “open heart.” He said he comes from Chicago, having served under Cardinal Bernardin, been a witness to Cardinal George, and mentored by Cardinal Cupich. Offering his “first controversial statement,” Hicks said he is a Cubs fan and will remain one. He pledged to learn the issues facing the archdiocese, including funds set aside to resolve sexual abuse claims, stressing that the Church must never stop working to prevent abuse, protect children, and care for survivors. Switching to Spanish, he expressed his love for Latino culture. Addressing those trying to “figure out” who he is, he said: “I love Jesus, with my mind, heart, and soul,” calling it his mission statement.
He'll always be a Cubs fan. He loves deep-dish pizza. And his first order of business will be massive compensation to a small army of survivors of clerical sex abuse. Isn’t that exciting?! Welcome to the Springtime of Vatican II! But, hey, he’s gonna try to follow the New York ball clubs, too. . . so, there’s hope.
The UK Supreme Court has ruled that Christian education in Northern Ireland is unlawful, citing its “proselytizing” nature and its lack of a “pluralistic” approach. The case, brought before the court by an unnamed father and daughter, challenged a public school’s religious education and prayer practices, arguing that they amounted to “indoctrination” and could stigmatize students who chose not to participate. “The word ‘indoctrination’ ordinarily has negative connotations but in the context of the Christian faith it is a synonym for evangelism or proselytising,” stated the Court. “It means winning others over so that they believe in and practice the Christian faith…To teach pupils to accept a set of beliefs without critical analysis amounts to evangelism, proselytising, and indoctrination.” The court ruled in favor of the father and daughter, who, according to court documents, do not oppose the teaching of religion in schools so long as it “does not amount to indoctrination.” …
