Newark Cardinal Joseph Tobin, one of the most homosexualist Cardinals in the world, was named on March 4 a member of the Congregation for Bishops which has the task to select new bishops.
Only in January, Tobin signed a homosexualist statement, he is approving Homosex Masses and wants to "change" the Catholic Faith on homosexuality.
