Not Surprising: FBI Spies on "Radical Traditionalist Catholics”

An internal memo (January 23) of the FBI's Richmond field office was leaked to UncoverDC.com by the FBI whistleblower Kyle Seraphin.

Seraphin was an FBI agent for six years before being indefinitely suspended without pay in June 2022.

The memo warns of “radical traditionalist Catholic ideology” that "almost certainly" presents "new mitigation opportunities.” It claims that extremists will find the Catholic Faith attractive and “will continue to attempt to connect with RTC ["Radical Traditionalist Catholics"] adherents, both virtually via social media and in-person at places of worship.”

RTCs are defined as those who reject the failed Vatican II and most of the Vatican II popes, especially Francis and John Paul II; and often adhere to "anti-Semitic," "anti-immigrant," "anti-LGBTQ," and "white supremacist" ideology. This is the litany of distortions commonly use by left-wing extremists against decent people.

The document lists ways how to recruit assets within the Church itself.

The Tridentine/Traditional Latin Mass is the greatest example of a true exercise in diversity and has been for two thousand years. The Novus Ordo introduced segregation into the Church by saying Mass in the vernacular instead of Latin. In the post Vatican II Church of the Novus Ordo Spanish speaking people go to a "Spanish Mass", Vietnamese speaking people attend the "Vietnamese Mass", etc.

This 'leak' has a very public relations perfectly timed feel to it. Voris ramping up seems like the same thing. More than to scare any of us off, I think the whole effort is designed to give the Novus Ordioits something to latch onto to feel justified when more restrictions come down from the usurpers.

A persecution by the world in any epoch is not surprising. Americanism almost killed Catholicism at Vatican II but the latter has survived. The matter is quite simple you can persecute but you cannot kill the Church of Christ.

Bishop Joseph Strickland of the Tyler, Texas spoke out Wednesday in response to news that the FBI is plotting surveillance of so-called “radical traditionalist Catholics” in Virginia, saying that “[d]eeply committed Catholics are the last people the authorities should be concerned about.”

I've never encountered any extremism in any form, and I've been attending there for about 20 years or more. On the contrary - I've always found traditional Catholicism a great leveller. I remember attending Mass one day and was amused to note that I was sitting in the same pew as one of the european aristocracy, and a bag lady. We all have to go to the same altar rail and the same confessional, and that's how it should be. I wonder if this FBI business is a red herring to deflect from the extremism and violence which is rife in a certain other religion . . .
