According to Ceb.bo this included “the situation of the LGBT community”. Bishop Fuentes said: “This remains under debate, and the issue is still open. But to enter into Communion, one must reflect on one’s life—not so much in a moralistic sense, but in terms of what it means to be a Christian, for that is the direction we are heading in: what it means to be baptized and to be a follower of the Lord.”
Here is an example of what I mean: the Pope has appointed a new bishop for Terni, Italy—in addition to appointing the infamous Bishop Saporito to the See of Metuchen. Leo XIV has named the homosexual activist Michael Saporito, 64, Bishop of Metuchen, New Jersey (September 15). Monsignor Saporito, 64, is currently auxiliary bishop of Newark. The performance, which will feature transvestites, will take place on Friday at the Grabenhalle venue in St. Gallen. According to the organisers, it will address "social, spiritual and cultural issues". Audience members will be invited to donate to a homosexual organisation.

Born prematurely at 26 weeks, the child had severe brain damage, cerebral palsy, visual impairment, and difficult-to-treat seizures. At the parents’ request, a doctor killed the toddler at the end of 2025. Dutch authorities ruled on September 9 that the required criteria had been met.

St. Vincent de Paul Parish has one TLM a week, a Missa Lecta on Sundays at 9:30am; its first monthly restriction is to happen next Sunday on September 20th, to be replaced by an English-language Mass "celebrated at the high altar in the Oratory way." As it stands, the parish already has Sunday morning Modern Roman Rite Masses in English at 8:30am and 11am (the latter with music). Holy Family Parish has had an 11am Sunday TLM Missa Solemnis for several years, now replaced once a month for a Latin Modern Roman Rite Mass versus populum, starting on September 27th; no mention was made of the parish's daily Traditional Latin Mass being affected, though the announcement noted that St. Vincent de Paul parishioners seeking Sunday refuge at Holy Family are advised that the Holy Family 11am Sunday TLM is already standing room only.
