Pilgrims Celebrate Outdoor Dawn Mass Instead of Basilica Liturgy at Covadonga: At dawn today, pilgrims of the sixth Our Lady of Christendom Pilgrimage in Spain celebrated a traditional outdoor Mass at their campsite in Sevares, Asturias. The Mass was not allowed in the Basilica of Covadonga. After Mass, the pilgrims continued on foot to Covadonga, where they concluded with prayer and the singing of the Te Deum before the Blessed Sacrament.
