Leo XIV's Developments: People’s Realities Define Doctrine - US Cardinal

The Church has “frequently wounded the LGBT community through judgmentalism and exclusion,” Washington 🌈 Cardinal Robert McElroy claimed in a June 20 homily at the homosexual conference Outreach, held at the Jesuits’ Georgetown University.
He pointed to "two developments during the pontificate of Leo XIV".
The first was a remark Leo XIV made during his trip to Africa in April, when he said that “the unity or division in the church should not revolve around sexual matters.”
Cardinal McElroy commented: “Too often both in magisterial statements and on the popular level, sexual sins have been condemned with an ardor that effectively places them in the eyes of many believers as the core moral obligation of Christians.”
Leo XIV instead pointed “to the comparative importance of economic justice, war and peace, immigration and racism as key elements of the Christian moral life.”
The second development cited by McElroy was the publication of the report of synod's Study Group 9 in May and …More

Why Young Men Are Seeking the Church – Allah's Willing Executioners

In the United Kingdom, a contested 2025 report—whose methodology has since been seriously questioned—claims a fourfold increase in 18-34-year-olds attending church at least once a month, with 20% of young men under 34 regularly attending compared to just 4% six years ago.
Yet, it is still hard to deny an interest in Christianity and a—very quiet—revival. At Easter 2026, 21,000 adults and young people were baptised in France, a 20% increase compared to 2025, which already saw a 32% rise in baptisms compared to the year before. For comparison, in 2021 there were around 4,100 adult baptisms.
Around 45% of young people in Spain (aged 15–29) identify as Catholic. This marks a dramatic shift in recent years, with Catholic identification among Spanish youth rising …

EWTN: Mother Angelica’s Network Of Apostasy

"This is one of the most important documentaries ever produced. It may be difficult and painful for some to admit that EWTN has been a deception, but people need to finally get out of the Vatican II sect. One of the most shocking moments in this video for me was the behavior of Stan Fortuna at his own mother's funeral."

Conversion
Drawing inspiration as a result of sth (Prov. 6:6).
Only you know (...) if it is truly the Sacrament.
Extreme example is (...): Do you believe that your mother (pagan) is burning in hell? Never! All those nevers are better.
Protestants
From protestants, you can hear about things like Jesus, Mary, the Apostles, Our Father, Hail Mary.
Aspects
In this case, the emmot truly is hard working, like Bill Gates 💉, Elon Musk 🤔, Mark Zuckerberg (Inspiration to many African youths). Who (...) is not building something?

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 7,1-5.
Jesus said to his disciples: "Stop judging, that you may not be judged.
For as you judge, so will you be judged, and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you.
Why do you notice the splinter in your brother's eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?
How can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove that splinter from your eye,' while the wooden beam is in your eye?
You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother's eye."

Dorsey Expects to Be Ready, He Says, but Postponement Seems Probable
That Leo M. Frank will go on trial for the murder of Mary Phagan on June 30th is not a certainty, although it is generally conceded that Solicitor Hugh M. Dorsey will set the case on the court's calendar for that date when he returns to the city from New York.
Solicitor Dorsey will return to Atlanta on Sunday. In reply to a telegram from The Journal relative to the time of the trial he makes the following statement: "Cannot say definitely that state will be ready on June 30, but expect now to be."
As to whether or not the trial actually will be commenced on that date depends largely upon the defense, although there is a bare possibility that the court may wish to hold up the trial of the long case until after the jail is cleared. It is the general policy of the criminal division of the superior court to clear the jail for the summer at …

2nd book of Kings 17,5-8.13-15a.18.
Shalmaneser, king of Assyria, occupied the whole land and attacked Samaria, which he besieged for three years.
In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria took Samaria, and deported the Israelites to Assyria, settling them in Halah, at the Habor, a river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.
This came about because the Israelites sinned against the LORD, their God, who had brought them up from the land of Egypt, from under the domination of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and because they venerated other gods.
They followed the rites of the nations whom the LORD had cleared out of the way of the Israelites (and the kings of Israel whom they set up).
And though the LORD warned Israel and Judah by every prophet and seer, "Give up your evil ways and keep my commandments and statutes, in accordance with the entire law which I enjoined on your fathers and which I sent you by my servants the prophets,"
they did not listen, but were as stiff-necked as their …More

WOKE: Faith, Morality, and Cultural Decay
I want to talk about something heavy today, and it’s something happening over in the Philippines that really exposes the spiritual crisis of our modern world.
Look at what’s going on with this transvestite, Pura Luka Vega. We are seeing someone dress up as Our Lord, specifically making fun of the Our Father, and turning the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass into a profane mockery. These people don’t just want to celebrate “Pride” anymore. The mask is completely off. They are openly mocking Almighty God, and yet, in the very same breath, they turn around and demand absolute respect, tolerance, and legal protection for their own beliefs and actions. The double standard is staggering.
And you have to ask yourself: Have we learned absolutely nothing? Think about the trials that have slammed into humanity over these last few years. We just went through a global pandemic. We are seeing major earthquakes, massive storms, and countless reminders every single …More

Monsignor Brunero Gherardini: What Adherence is Due to the Second Vatican Council?

Following the debate reopened by the recent consecrations of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X and by the question of the adherence due to the Second Vatican Council, it seems opportune to recover this text by Monsignor Brunero Gherardini, originally published in 2011 by Disputationes Theologicae.
The great celebration of the fiftieth anniversary has begun. The beating of drums is not yet heard, but it can already be perceived in the atmosphere. The fiftieth anniversary of Vatican II will unleash all that is most superlative that can be imagined in terms of praise. Of the sobriety that had been requested, as an attitude and as an occasion for reflection and analysis for a more critical and profound evaluation of the conciliar event, not a trace remains. Already, without restraint, the same things that have been said and repeated for fifty years are being reiterated: Vatican II is the culminating point of Tradition and its very synthesis. International congresses on the greatest …

2 Kings 17:5-8, 13-15a, 18
In the time these writings were written, people believed that God is good, but also that he can do harm.
However, God does not harm anyone, nor does he encourage evil.
Matthew 7:1-5
"Remove the wooden beam from your eye first."
An interesting method for removing the plank from our eye is to identify the negative things we think and say, as well as what others say to us, and transform them into positive for the future.

St. Louis IX, King.
If God sends you suffering,
receive it with humility,
think that you have deserved it,
and that He sends it for your salvation.
If everything succeeds for you,
do not then give yourself over
to pride
or to other misdeeds;
for you would be abusing God’s
benefits in order to offend Him.
— St. Louis IX, King
Saint Louis IX ruled France from 1226-1270 and is one of the most revered Catholic monarchs — a model of Christian kingship, justice, and piety. He went on two Crusades, promoted justice and charity in his realm, and was canonized in 1297.
Saint Louis IX is shown crowned and robed in blue with fleur-de-lis (the symbol of French royalty) holding the Crown of Thorns on a red cushion, with rays of light emanating from it. St. Louis IX acquired the relic of the Crown of Thorns from Constantinople and built the Sainte-Chapelle in Paris to house it.
