Bishop Stefan Oster of Passau rejects the German bishops' paper on homosexuality in Catholic schools. He says it abandons Catholic anthropology in favor of a feel-good ideology. According to Monsignor Oster, the document treats identity as self-defined rather than God-given. This implies that people are already "saved as they are" and renders Christ's redemption unnecessary. He says the text replaces truth with affirmation. Furthermore, he notes that the paper sidelines church teachings, glorifies subjective identity, and offers "love without conversion." He argues that the approach to transgender youth is naïve and ignores serious global medical pushback.

Bishop Athanasius Schneider published an article on DianeMontagna.substack.com about the Co-Redemptrix. Reprinted with permission. They Could Not Have Been Mistaken: The Voice of the Saints, Doctors, and the Ordinary Magisterium of the Church in Affirming Mary as “Co-Redemptrix” and “Mediatrix of All Graces”. By Bishop Athanasius Schneider Over the course of time, the Ordinary Magisterium, together with numerous Saints and Doctors of the Church, have taught the Marian doctrines of Coredemption and Mediation, employing among other expressions the specific titles “Co-Redemptrix” and “Mediatrix of All Graces.” Consequently, it cannot be maintained that the Ordinary Magisterium, along with Saints and Doctors of the Church over so many centuries, could have led the faithful astray through a consistently inappropriate use of these Marian titles. Moreover, throughout the ages, this Marian doctrine and the use of these titles have also expressed the sensus fidei—the sense of faith of the …More
The Vatican has reached a compromise in the case of two employees of the Institute for the Works of Religion (IOR) who were dismissed after marrying each other.
The Vatican has reached a compromise in the case of the married couple who were dismissed by the Vatican Bank because of their wedding, reports IlMessaggero.it (November 8). Last year, the bank introduced strict internal rules prohibiting staff members from marrying each other to ensure "transparency and impartiality" in the bank's operations. The couple married in September 2024, after which they were given an ultimatum: one spouse must resign voluntarily, or both would be dismissed. The newlyweds refused, asserting that they had announced their wedding months before the new regulation was issued. The bank enforced the rule, terminating both employees as of October 1, 2024. This decision sparked widespread criticism and a legal battle that has now apparently concluded. As part of the negotiated solution, both employees will work for the Vatican, though one of the spouses will take a position at a different Vatican institution rather than returning to the Vatican Bank itself. Who Are Present at Your Deathbed? The Final Battle for the Soul Death is a crucial moment—perhaps the most important moment of our lives. It is at this threshold between time and eternity that the soul faces its final test. Many saints, priests, and exorcists testify that the dying often see both angels and demons. Some receive comfort from heaven, while others endure terrifying assaults from hell. A Child’s Vision, the Dying’s Vision Exorcists explain that the human ability to perceive the preternatural---often called the "third eye"—is most active during childhood, deep exhaustion, sleep, and especially at the hour of death. Fr. Gabriele Amorth, the chief exorcist of Rome, spoke about the spiritual realities that become visible at the moment of passing. St. Andrew Avelino, for example, was harassed by 10,000 demons on his deathbed as the devils desperately tried to snatch his soul in his final agony. Even a priest who had secretly practiced the occult reportedly saw demons surrounding …More
Leo XIV – who, like all Augustinians regarding liturgy, is very attentive and precise – noticed that something needs to be done to correct the trend. He did so yesterday morning by choosing the solemn ceremony of the 1700th anniversary of the dedication of the Lateran Basilica, the mother church of Christianity. It was a gentle reprimand to those who think that everything is allowed. It's okay to be creative, but there are limits and, above all, rules. And then liturgy is a serious matter... …These are guidelines applicable both in the most remote country church and at St. Peter's, where for some time there have been many criticisms about how the basilica is managed, clogged as it is by abnormal flows of tourists in an evident lack of spiritual atmosphere.

NOVEMBER 10 2025 THE GOSPEL breski1 Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke 17,1-6. Jesus said to his disciples, "Things that cause sin will inevitably occur, but woe to the person through whom they occur. It would be better for him if a millstone were put around his neck and he be thrown into the sea than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin. Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. And if he wrongs you seven times in one day and returns to you seven times saying, 'I am sorry,' you should forgive him." And the apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith." The Lord replied, "If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you would say to (this) mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it would obey you.

Cardinal Müller Praises Vatican II and Leo XIV: Bishop Robert Barron of Winona–Rochester, Minnesota, asked Cardinal Gerhard Müller on November 6 several times about Vatican II. Barron “still” believes that “we haven’t received the texts of Vatican II adequately.” He argued against progressives and “radical traditionalists” criticising Vatican II. Cardinal Gerhard Müller replied: “If you're reading and studying exactly the texts, the doctrine of Vatican II is nothing more than the doctrine of the Church since the beginning.” It is in “absolute continuity” with the tradition of the Church, but “spoken out in the terms with the help of some modern theology.” Cardinal Müller furthermore believes that the so-called liturgical movement that led to the Novus Ordo was about “renewing the liturgical sense.” On Pope Leo XIV, Cardinal Müller claimed that he “is going very cautiously to overcome” an internal faction “of these two parties in the Church that cannot be”.
Bishop Barron and Cardinal Müller have both expressed their approval of the Second Vatican Council, suggesting that the documents promulgated by that Council are consistent with the teachings of Thomas Aquinas and the Church Fathers.
@Jeffrey Ade strongly support to your great opinion!! my great online friend, brother Jeffrey... how are you?? long time no see... Even though we may not be able to talk often, I sincerely hope that you will always be at peace... anyway... I heard about so many horrible news.. first... It all started with the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on same-sex marriage. This highlights the ridiculous hypocrisy of Trump, JD Vance, and the current Republican Party's so-called anti-LGBT rhetoric... They simply pretend to oppose LGBT and the promotion of indiscriminate abortion, using it to eliminate their opponents...I'm sure that with such hypocrisy, they didn't fully support all the African Christian countries (Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Kenya, Tanzania, etc.) that bravely oppose LGBT and indiscriminate abortion-promoting ideologies, as well as all countries with common sense... And I also heard the news that Ahmed al-Shara, a member of the vicious Islamic extremist group and …More
