Leo XIV today on Francis: "His prophetic voice, pastoral style and rich magisterium have marked the Church’s journey in recent years, encouraging us above all to place God’s mercy at the center, to give renewed impetus to evangelization, and to be a joyful Church, welcoming to all and attentive to the poorest"

Pope "of Universal Fraternity" Warns of "Rigidity" in Faith, Liturgy, Morals

In his Christmas address to the Roman Curia today, Pope Leo XIV praised his "beloved predecessor, Pope Francis": "His prophetic voice, his pastoral style and his rich magisterium have marked the Church's journey in recent years."
Francis encouraged "us" [pluralis majestatis] "to place God’s mercy at the centre, give renewed emphasis to evangelisation and be a joyful church that welcomes all and is attentive to the poorest".
Furthermore, Leo XIV warned that in the Church there are "forces of division may be at play": "We can fall into the temptation of swinging between two opposite extremes: uniformity that fails to value differences or, on the other hand, the exacerbation of different viewpoints instead of seeking communion."
Leo XIV wants to "build the communion of Christ in a synodal Church".
And: “When dealing with faith, liturgy, morality, or other matters, one risks falling victim to rigidity or ideology.”

Whenever one is traditional or conservative, the main buzzword used against him is RIGID. So, I presume all the saints before V2 were rigid, but this trait got them canonized as saints, where they are adoring God in Heaven for all eternity.

Imagine if we behaved like this on Eid. Multiculturalism only ever works one way doesn't it?

Those vandals are getting way too much climbing practice in the shut down cathedrals! But seriously the government is responsible for this by allowing it to continue! They could stop it if they want. The government does not want multiculturalism, they want the destruction of Western Catholic Civilization!

You might want to invoke the Precious Blood of Jesus before viewing this for protection, or you might want to pass.. up to you. :)

In an anthill lived a small ant.
She wasn’t the strongest, the fastest, or the smartest.
But she had one quality that set her apart.
She could never walk past someone else’s pain.
If an ant was tired and couldn’t carry a grain, she helped.
If someone stumbled, she lifted them up.
When rain destroyed the tunnels, she was the first to rush in and rebuild.
Over time, the others got used to it. She was always there.
A grain fell? She’d pick it up.
Running behind? She’d finish the job.
Exhausted? She’d lend a shoulder.
But no one ever asked, “And you… are you tired?”
Every day, she worked not only for herself but carried what others didn’t have time or strength to handle. Did she rest? No. She quietly told herself,
“Just a little longer. What matters is that it’s easier for everyone else.”
Then one day, she noticed something.
Her legs were shaking.
Her back ached.
And the grain felt heavier than it ever had before.
But how could she let the anthill down?
One ant asked, and she helped. …More

Clergy in the Diocese of Charlotte CALL OUT Bishop Martin's new seminary formation rules.

Charlotte Bishop Introduces an Extra Year of Priestly Formation

The Diocese of Charlotte, North Carolina, announced a change to its priestly formation programme in an email sent to priests on 15 December, according to the substack.com-account The Pillar.
Beginning in the next academic year, diocesan seminarians will complete a one-year pastoral assignment teaching at a local Catholic secondary school. The teaching year will take place after philosophy studies and before theological studies.
Purpose of the Programme
Seminarians will receive pay, be assigned a lay mentor, and live in local rectories while paying room and board at diocesan rates.
The diocese said the programme is intended to provide sustained pastoral and teaching experience, as well as exposure to the demands of full-time work and daily life.
Priests Tired of Bishop Martin
The article relies largely on anonymous sources. Some priests have raised concerns about the programme’s impact on priestly formation, the lack of formal classroom training, the additional year added to formation,…More

When you drink a mineral water that contains at least 30mg/L (ppm) ‘silica’ (as often written on the bottle) or more accurately at least 14mg/L ‘silicic acid’ (the soluble and hence biologically available form of silicon) you will excrete systemic aluminium in your urine. You will remove aluminium from every tissue in your body.

I have recently mused on the subject of Alzheimer’s disease and promised to recap with you how a silicon-rich mineral water imbibed each and every day will help to ward off this terrible disease. Those of you with time on your hands this holiday might like to watch a talk I gave on this subject a few years ago, a presentation that somehow has survived the censorship of
YouTube. If you are diligent and patient and watch through to the end the talk will tell you everything you need to know about how and why we should all be drinking silicon-rich mineral waters.

Well it is better to shake his hand than to slap him, he would've been detained.

Forgotten Truths
Popes on Our Lady as Co-Redemptrix & Mediatrix – Part VII

She Is the Mediatrix of Graces &
Dispenser of Treasures

A simple research gave us this superb amount of texts of the Papal Magisterium affirming without a shade of a doubt that Our Lady is Co-Redemptrix and Universal Mediatrix of all graces,
here, here, here, here, here and here. We complete this series with five more texts by Pope Pius XII below.
As time permits, TIA, will continue to post on our Forgotten Truths page yet more texts of great Saints and Doctors of the Church teaching us the same truths.
May such a plethora of documents make clear to our readers how far removed from Catholic doctrine is the present-day Congregation for the Docrine of the Faith, which in the document Mater Populi Fidelis (§§ 16-27) recommennded that Catholics not use the titles Co-Redemptrixr and Mediatrix to refer to Our Lady.

The image of the Invisible God
Thursday, December 25 - Solemnity of Holy Christmas
Dear friends, the enormous suffering of so many of our brothers and sisters throughout the world who endure poverty, disease, war, and injustice could cast a shadow on the splendor that the Incarnation of the Word of God made man in the womb of the Virgin Mary radiated throughout human history.
And yet, God the Father "came out of Himself" in the Son precisely to share the cold and frost that evil brings to our existence and, by making the greater power of His love "visible," to save us from sin and death.
God the Father also calls us, believers in Christ, who have known and believed in the love God has for us, to collaborate in the work of salvation.
Actually, when, animated by the fire of God's love poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit given to us, we are capable of sharing and solidarity, the darkness brightens, the cold and frost fade, and the hope of a new and more humane and fraternal world …More

Victoria Moves to Force Online Platforms to ID Users and Expand State Powers to Curb "Hate Speech"

Victoria is preparing to introduce some of the most far-reaching online censorship and surveillance powers ever proposed in an Australian state, following the Bondi Beach terror attack.
Premier Jacinta Allan’s new five-point plan, presented as a response to antisemitism, includes measures that would compel social media platforms to identify users accused of “hate speech” and make companies legally liable if they cannot.
Presented as a defense against hate, the plan’s mechanisms cut directly into long-standing principles of privacy and freedom of expression. It positions anonymity online as a form of protection for “cowards,” creating a precedent for government-mandated identity disclosure that could chill lawful speech and dissent.
During her announcement, Premier Allan said:
“That’s why Victoria will spearhead new laws to hold social media companies and their anonymous users to account – and we’ll commission a respected jurist to unlock the legislative path forward.”
Under the …
