The Genesis story of the Fall of Man is mirrored in the Nativity. Unlike Adam at the Tree of Knowledge, Jesus did not deem equality with God a thing to be grasped.
Three Protestant scholars have praised a document by Cardinal Víctor “Tucho” Fernández opposing the Marian titles Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of All Graces, speaking to CatholicNewsAgency.com on December 15. David Luy, a theology professor at the North American Lutheran Seminary, said the document was written “with an attentiveness” to concerns often raised by Protestants. Protestant objections “sprout from a desire to uphold the distinctiveness of Christ as the one mediator.” According to Luy, the document demonstrates “a sensibility to that central Protestant concern”. “Does it relieve potential strain between Protestants and Catholics? The short answer would be yes,” Luy said. However, he added that the concept of mediation in general “is probably where there’d be a need for ongoing conversation.” Cynthia Rigby, a theology professor at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, said the document could mark “a watershed moment” in Catholic–Protestant relations. Tue Dec 16, 2025 - 12:51 pm ESTTue Dec 16, 2025 - 12:54 pm EST (LifeSiteNews) — Last week, a revealing poll from EWTN News and RealClear Opinion Research highlighted a profound disconnect emerging within American Catholicism that suggests a growing fissure between the U.S. bishops’ conference and the most devout Catholics who attend Mass on a weekly basis. Surveying 1,000 self-identified Catholic voters from November 9-11, the results showed that 54 percent of them supported “the detention and deportation of unauthorized immigrants on a broad scale,” with only 30 percent opposed and 17 percent undecided. Support for Trump’s policies was even stronger among Catholics who actually practice the faith and attend Mass weekly. Those Catholics support deportations 58 percent to 23 percent. White Catholics favored the policies by a 60-26 margin while Latino Catholics were split 41-39. The findings come nearly a year into President Trump’s second term, where his administration has aggressively …
The Catholic Church once stood for law and order, and the faithful are just following what they were taught. Each nation has a right and a duty to enforce immigration laws.
+++Prophesies of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich+++ “The Church is in great danger… I see that in this place [Rome] the [Catholic] Church is being so cleverly undermined, that there will hardly remain a hundred or so priests who have not been deceived. They all work for destruction, even the clergy. The great devastation is now at hand.” “The Church is the only one, the Roman Catholic! And if there were left upon earth but one Catholic, he would be the one, universal Church, the Catholic Church, the Church of Jesus Christ against which the gates of Hell shall never prevail.”
16.12.2025 CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS COMMUNITY HIT BY RELIGIOUS INDIFFERENCE IN ROME Fr.Jan Timor, or Timo, as he is affectionately called, defends a Catholic religious community and house for the poor in Rome, from being taken over by non Christians, atheists and secularists. A good homilist, fluent in languages he stands in the place of the Superior Fr. Stephen who is in Ghana for Christmas. Fr. Timo, the German MC priest of Mother Teresa, is on his way to Israel. He is to be the Superior of the M.C community in Nazareth. The Missionaries of Charity Contemplative Brothers Home in Nazareth, is near the site where the Angel Gabriel appeared to Our Lady. But Timor may have to stay at Casa Serena the M.C Home for the Aged, this Christmas. Here the bigger problem is the existence of Casa Serena itself. It was founded by Fr. Sebastian Vazhakhala M.C and Mother Teresa nearly 50 years back. SURROUNDINGS HAVE CHANGED The surroundings of Casa Sera have changed. It is no more Catholic as it was in 1978…More
"16. But to attain to this love the soul must first be “entirely surrendered,” (Saint John of the Cross) its “will must be calmly lost in God’s will” (Saint John of the Cross) so that its “inclinations,” “its faculties” “move only in this love and for the sake of this love. I do everything with love, I suffer everything with love: this is what David meant when he sang, ‘I will keep all my strength for You.’” (Ps 58:10)"

It is a renewal that takes place at every moment in the bond of love.” (Ruysbroeck) Certain souls “have chosen this refuge to rest there eternally, and this is the silence in which, somehow, they have lost themselves.” “Freed from their prison, they sail on the Ocean of Divinity without any creature being an obstacle or hindrance to them.” (Ruysbroeck) 14. For these souls, the mystical death of which St. Paul spoke yesterday becomes so simple and sweet …More
While the history of Marxism- Communism is populated by individuals who were Jewish by birth, such as Marx himself, they were, however, atheists and did not practice the Jewish religion.

It was commissioned in Rome by Pope Pius IX to be used in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass on the day the dogma of the Immaculate Conception was defined, 8 December 1854. This chalice enchants the eyes of those who see it, with the splendour of almost 700 diamonds adorning it.

Jeremiah 23:5-8 “As the Lord lives, who brought the descendants of the house of Israel up from the land of the north.” The living Lord is with every person. Every person can benefit from the Lord’s presence. Matthew 1:18-24 “When Joseph awoke, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife into his home.” Joseph has the attitude of a true disciple. He listens, he discerns, and he realizes that it is truly the Lord who is speaking to him and inviting him to the mission. He accepts, and this is confirmed: “He took Mary home as his wife.” Biblical texts: NAB-RE Normand Thomas.
Jubilee of Prisoners, #PopeLeoXIV: May forms of amnesty or pardon be granted During the Mass presided over in St. Peter's Basilica, Leo XIV reiterated the desire expressed by Francis in "Spes non confundit," the papal bull announcing the Holy Year. He hopes that everyone will be offered real opportunities for social reintegration, while being aware of the critical issues of the prison system: "No human being is the same as what he has done. Justice is always a process of reparation." #VaticanNewsIT
