In Building His Border Wall, Trump May Bring Down a 110-Year-Old Church
A century ago, Mnytimes.com/…est-texas-border-wall-ruidosa-corazo…exican American families came together to build an adobe church near the border in West Texas. Can its bell toll again as the wall expansion nears?
The Friends of the Ruidosa Church group has worked to restore the adobe mission for the last 20 years. Members of the group worry that border wall construction could damage the site

Out in Far West Texas, a heavy bronze bell once tolled, calling congregants from both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border to worship at a small adobe church.
The bell and the Catholic church in Ruidosa are hallmarks of an era when Mexican and American border communities lived as one. But nearly three generations ago, parishioners moved away from the tiny town. One of the church’s twin towers toppled. The bell disappeared.

Of the reward of man according to his works, or of misery.

"It must be considered, however, that if there is a determined way of arriving at some end, those who proceed by a contrary way, or who turn aside from the right way, cannot attain that end. For a sick person is not cured if he uses the contrary things which the physician forbids, except perhaps by accident. Now there is a determined way of arriving at happiness, namely through virtue. For nothing attains its own end except by performing well what is proper to it: neither would a plant produce fruit if the mode of its natural operation were not preserved in it; nor would a runner reach the prize, or a soldier the palm, unless each operated according to his proper office. But for a man to operate rightly his proper operation is for him to operate according to virtue: for the virtue of each thing is that which makes its possessor good and renders his work good, as is said in Book II of the Ethics. Therefore, since the ultimate end of man is eternal life, of which it has been spoken, not …More

FSSPX to Continue Lourdes Pilgrimage Despite Bishop’s Restrictions

The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (SSPX) has announced that it will continue its annual pilgrimage to Lourdes.
Following the episcopal consecrations on July 1 in Ecône, Bishop Jean-Marc Micas of Tarbes and Lourdes withdrew permission for the SSPX to celebrate public Masses, administer sacraments, or organize public prayers at Lourdes.
In an August 22 statement, Fr. Gonzague Peignot, superior of the FSSPX in France, announced that the Fraternity intends to continue coming to Lourdes every year, “Our Lady does not deserve to be abandoned despite the obstacles,” he said.
The FSSPX expressed 'sorrow and incomprehension', questioning the bishop's decision and pointing to the interreligious Christian-Muslim pilgrimage that was welcomed at the sanctuary in October 2025.
For now, the FSSPX faithful intend to remain present at Lourdes, but their pilgrimage will no longer be able to take the same public form as in previous years.

The Film The Resurrection of Christ
Monk Elijah
(Clement, Disciple of the Apostle Peter – Volume III)
The central theme of The Apocalypse, the third volume of the tetralogy Clement, Disciple of the Apostle Peter, is the Apostle John’s Revelation on the island of Patmos. Through the prism of such disturbing contemporary phenomena as the new world order, microchipping, gender ideology, heresy, idolatry and occultism, the book explores the meaning of apocalyptic symbols and imagery.
One interesting aspect of the book is its prophetic nature. First published in Czech in 2019, the book highlighted dangerous means of global control and depopulation, such as microchipping, vaccination and digitalisation, which became a reality almost immediately in the near future (the Covid pandemic, artificial intelligence).

Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Matthew 23,23-26.
Jesus said: "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites. You pay tithes of mint and dill and cummin, and have neglected the weightier things of the law: judgment and mercy and fidelity. (But) these you should have done, without neglecting the others.
Blind guides, who strain out the gnat and swallow the camel!
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites. You cleanse the outside of cup and dish, but inside they are full of plunder and self-indulgence.
Blind Pharisee, cleanse first the inside of the cup, so that the outside also may be clean."

Is there any point trying to use Wikipedia for biblical research?
I was doing research on Daniel 7 and 8 and predictably Wikipedia only gave the skeptic side of things. Even my 1984 encyclopaedia says "some say it was written in 165 BC, others say it was written earlier". But Wikipedia unequivocally declares the former. I say predictably because it's known to be edited by atheist Reddit types. What websites do you use for biblical research. GOD Bless you. Thank you.

German Bishop: Perceived Absence of God Expands Homosexual Practices: “Conservative” Bishop Stefan Oster of Passau said in his Assumption homily that the lifestyles, sexual preferences and identities displayed at Christopher Street Day are difficult to reconcile with the Christian view of humanity: “The perceived absence of God has massively expanded the scope of what is possible within the entire context surrounding sex and gender.” Oster asked: “Is the writer Dostoevsky ultimately right when he says, ‘If God does not exist, then everything is permitted’?”

Videozitat:

Father J. Vida Elmer THE SMOKE OF THE ANTICHRIST

THE happenings of our days are supplying strong arguments that the prophecies of the Holy Scriptures are coming to their realization. Better information means better preparedness.
THE SMOKE OF THE ANTICHRIST is not available in book stores. The distribution of this book is carried out by the goodwill and ingenuity of its readers who wish to be the "fragrance of Christ for God" (II Cor. 2, 15), by sharing the light of Christ with their fellow men, in this age of general confusion brought into the world by "the world rulers of this darkness" (Eph. 6, 12).

Maggie Haberman has joined Errol to discuss her new book.
Maggie Haberman is a White House correspondent for The New York Times. A New York City native, she is the author of Confidence Man: The Making of Donald Trump and the Breaking of America and the co-author, with Jonathan Swan, of a new book, Regime Change: Inside the Imperial Presidency of Donald Trump, which lays out the first year of President Trump’s second presidency. Haberman joined Errol to discuss her new book. She explained how she and Swan began the project in 2023 as a “last act” Trump story but instead witnessed a dramatic shift that they came to see as a form of domestic “regime change, “ marked by court-style politics, expanded executive power and the erosion of independence at the Department of Justice. Haberman also described an administration divided into fiefdoms controlled by powerful figures, including Stephen Miller, Elon Musk through DOGE and USAID and others.

The 5 Sexual Sins That No One Confesses! God’s Mercy Still Awaits You | Fr. Chad Ripperger

Video >>youtube.com/watch?v=oMxj0zbioIw
This powerful and deeply eye-opening message titled “The 5 Sexual Sins That No One Confesses! God’s Mercy Still Awaits You” by Fr. Chad Ripperger, we are invited into a serious spiritual reflection on sin, conscience, and the infinite mercy of God. This video uncovers hidden struggles that many people carry in silence for years—sins that are often never spoken about in confession due to shame, fear, or misunderstanding. Through clear Catholic teaching and pastoral insight, this message reminds us that no matter how heavy the burden of the past may feel, God’s mercy is always greater than any sin. The sacrament of reconciliation is not about condemnation, but about healing, restoration, and freedom. This video is especially important for those who feel distant from God or unsure about returning to confession after many years. If you have ever felt trapped by guilt, confused about what is truly a mortal sin, or afraid that your past cannot be forgiven …More

Accursed he may be, but he also remains the Pope. A Pope has a specific role. It is not social policy or environmental propaganda. It is not "bringing the church into the modern age" not listening. It is very specifically to (Pastor Aeturnus Chapter 4, #6) "by [the Holy Spirit's] assistance, [the Pope] might religiously guard and faithfully expound the revelation or deposit of faith transmitted by the apostles." Everything else which comes from the Pope is to be treated as outside of their respective remits and protected neither by infalability nor the authority of the office.
