Bishop Robert Barron, 66, of Winona-Rochester, USA, has rejected reports of unusual activity on his personal Facebook account. On 23 December, his media organisation 'Word on Fire' stated that the account had been 'hacked': "Word on Fire’s security team was alerted to irregular activity connected to one of Bishop Barron’s social media accounts. A preliminary review indicates that a bad actor gained unauthorized access and, last month, ‘liked’ a handful of scandalous pages." This statement followed the circulation of screenshots online showing Bishop Barron's profile had subscribed to accounts featuring semi-naked young men. This is not the first controversy. In 2022, there were discussions about a controversial blog post asking why Bishop Barron employed so many men at 'Word on Fire' who posted pictures of themselves online showing a lot of muscle but very little clothing. At the time, the prelate was often surrounded by tattooed bodybuilders and fitness models. He also paid them high …More
And this is how a Priests reputation is destroyed. Not that I ever listen to him. But he is still a Priest. I believe this sort of things should not get out for others to know or see until proven guilty. As far as him posing with half naked guys goes. Ever thing being he is not a Conservative Priest that he is into body building and it seems he has low esteem? That he admires other men who are built up? I don't agree with him but like "EVERYONE" else he is a human being who is weak and looks up to the wrong things? One day the scandals and sensationalism will cease. This is how Priests are attacked and hated. They immediately assume and condemn. Only GOD Judges.
According to the German bishops' conference, at least 66 Catholic churches and chapels were closed and desecrated in Germany in 2024. By 1 December, at least 46 churches or chapels had been profaned in 2025. The bishops' conference notes that not all profanations are published in diocesan official bulletins, meaning the actual number of churches taken out of use could be higher. #newsLtntbguhal
The long-sealed Jeffrey Epstein files have finally begun to spill into public view, and the first wave is already sending shockwaves through Washington, D.C. According to sources familiar with Friday’s historic release, more than a dozen politically exposed individuals and government officials appear by name across hundreds of thousands of pages the Department of Justice was legally forced to hand over under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. In a letter to Congress, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche revealed a far darker picture than previously acknowledged after the DOJ identified more than 1,200 victims and family members during its internal review. The staggering figure underscores just how deep Epstein’s network and operations extended. The new tranche also includes fresh photographs of Epstein with former President Bill Clinton, now publicly available through the DOJ’s online portal. And despite widespread speculation that the DOJ might attempt to shield powerful figures …
God Is Born God is born, power’s freezing, Lord of Heaven is revealed. Fire clots, glow is ceasing, the Infinite is now sealed. Though despised – to glory fated, mortal King and First Principle, For the Word is incarnated and has dwelt among us, people. Hast thou Heaven more than Earth? God has left thy splendid favours and descended in His birth, keen to share our pains and labours. He was wounded and tormented for our sins, to heal the cripple, For the Word is incarnated and has dwelt among us, people. Raise your hand, Holy Child, Bless our cherished fatherland, and support it with your might in well being and prudent stand. Bless our home and goods related, hamlets and each city steeple, For the Word is incarnated and has dwelt among us, people.
Today, Pope Leo XIV has appointed Monsignor James Misko as the new Bishop of Tucson, USA. Until now, he served as vicar general of the Diocese of Austin. Born on June 18, 1970, Misko was ordained a priest in 2007 for the Diocese of Austin. Sinister Memorandum On November 12, 2025, Vicar General Misko wrote to the clergy of Austin that the practice of setting out kneelers for the reception of Holy Communion should be discontinued (email below). He noted that the use of kneelers had become more common in recent years and stated that the bishop requested the practice be ended. He added that the normative posture for receiving Holy Communion in the United States is standing. Monsignor Misko argued that placing a kneeler for Communion risks confusing the faithful about what the Church considers the norm. It may implicitly communicate that kneeling is more appropriate or more reverent than standing. Although he acknowledged that receiving Communion on one's knees is not prohibited, he insisted …More
“IX. Terrific Noise Exodus xi. There shall be a great cry, such as hath not been heard before. You have heard, perhaps, a horrible scream in the dead of night. You may have heard the last shriek of a drowning man before he went down into his watery grave. You may have been shocked in passing a madhouse, to hear the wild shout of a madman. Your heart may have trembled when you heard the roar of a lion in the desert, or the hissing of a deadly serpent in the bushes. But listen now -- listen to the tremendous, the horrible uproar of millions and millions and millions of tormented creatures mad with the fury of hell. Oh, the screams of fear, the groanings of horror, the yells of rage, the cries of pain, the shouts of agony, the shrieks of despair of millions on millions. There you hear them roaring like lions, hissing like serpents, howling like dogs, and wailing like dragons. There you hear the gnashing of teeth and the fearful blasphemies of the devils. Above all, you hear the roaring of …More
I have to say, this is the most horrible description of hell and what people go through. To me anyhow. I don't like to read, think or even see a picture of demons and hell After this I am starting to think maybe I should. Without the pictures though. Reading something like this really makes me think. Thank you In Principio. It was hard reading it. But I am glad I did.
"But what is the smell of death in hell? St. Bonaventure says that if one single body was taken out of hell and laid on the earth, in that same moment every living creature on the earth would sicken and die. Such is the smell of death from one body in hell. What then will be the smell of death from countless millions and millions of bodies laid in hell like sheep?"
